盆式绝缘子击穿分析及防范措施

笔者介绍了GIS 126 kV用三相盆式绝缘子的一种放电现象。笔者对击穿零件采用了X射线探伤等不同的检测方法,用Ansoft软件建模进行了电场计算,分析出击穿是因为盆式绝缘子内部存在金属杂质。同时根据盆式绝缘子生产的工艺特点,笔者提出了优化设计、改进模具结构等防范措施,以防止盆式绝缘子浇注过程中金属杂质的产生。

高气压下氮氧混合气体的工频击穿特性

文中通过工频击穿实验研究了不同电场均匀度、配比、气压下氮氧混合气体的工频绝缘特性。实验发现:板—板电极下,配比对氮氧混合气体的击穿电压影响较小,氮氧混合气体的击穿电压随充气压力的提高均呈增长趋势;棒—板电极下氮氧混合气体的击穿电压明显降低;针—板电极下氮氧混合气体的击穿电压在0.6~0.9 MPa出现“驼峰”效应,随着针—板电极间距增大,“驼峰”效应越发显著,较高气压下绝缘强度出现饱和。综合分析表明,在不同电场均匀度下,0.8 MPa时80%N2/20%O2与SF6在0.4 MPa时80%的绝缘强度相当。

几种不同头部结构绝缘子的静电场分析

以70kN级绝缘子为例,运用有限元素法,对不同瓷件头部结构形状和厚度的绝缘子在不同介质(空气和油)中的电场分布状况进行了计算与分析,并对绝缘子油中击穿和陡冲击波试验现象的结果做了解释.提出了在绝缘子设计时应注意的几个问题.
