直流悬式系列瓷绝缘子设计性能及应用

介绍了不同结构造型直流悬式瓷绝缘子外绝缘设计上的特点、产品瓷质结构、主要机电性能和质量控制水平。通过直流人工污秽选型试验,直流绝缘子串自然积污试验,设计优化出大盘径大爬距钟罩型、大盘径大爬距双伞型和大小伞相间三伞型系列瓷绝缘子。分析讨论了瓷绝缘子外绝缘设计技术参数和相互之间的关系,给出了影响产品污耐压特性相关技术参数的较佳取值范围。产品线路运行经验表明,直流悬式瓷绝缘子结构造型优异,机电性能可靠,产品质量稳定,系列等级完善,达到了国产化直流悬式瓷绝缘子为特高压直流输电工程建设配套的目的。

特高压GIS出线套管用空心复合绝缘子运行性能分析

研究特高压GIS空心复合绝缘子运行特性,可为我国特高压工程同类产品的结构设计、产品制造和运行检修提供参考。本文通过对荆门特高压变电站HGIS组合电器出线套管用空心复合绝缘子进行连续3年监测,并对运行3年后更换的一只1 000 k V空心复合绝缘子进行了拆解及试验研究,对比分析了特高压空心复合绝缘子在运行前后其绝缘结构、机械结构、密封结构的性能变化。结果表明,特高压空心复合绝缘子总体运行良好。运行绝缘子的机械性能、界面性能、密封性能、材料性能等各项技术指标仍满足现行标准要求。与初始设计相比 ...
