Gaoya dianqi, 2017 统计分析SF6断路器历史缺陷记录,对提高维护效率、优化检修计划及预防缺陷发生有重要意义。基于南方电网部分区域SF6开关设备历年的缺陷记录,统计分析设备运行情况及存在的问题。通过统计2006—2013年该地区SF6断路器和组合电器的总体运用情况、投运时间分布、制造厂商分布及操动机构类型分布,结合对缺陷情况详尽的分类统计和分析,指出该地区SF6开关设备主要缺陷为本体漏气和油渗漏;同时指出开关设备质量、运行维护管理中存在的主要问题,提出相应的解决措施,为针对性的开展设备维修、制定有效预防事故措施提供依据。
