聚合酶链反应与细胞培养法诊断泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的比较研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 1997 为评价聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）在诊断泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染中的实用性，对５７６份来自不同感染率人群的尿道、宫颈拭子标本进行ＰＣＲ和细胞培养检测衣原体的比较，参照“扩大的金标准”，ＰＣＲ和培养法的敏感性分别为１００％、９７．０％和８６．４％、８７．９％，特异性分别为９８．５％、９９．７％和１００％，ＰＣＲ的阳性预测值（ＰＰＶ）和阴性预测值（ＮＰＶ）分别为９５．７％、９７．０％和１００％、９９．７％。表明在沙眼衣原体检测中，ＰＣＲ具有极好的敏感性和特异性，可替代培养法。
