Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2008 目的调查手术前和输血前人群梅毒感染状况,提出检测该群体梅毒抗体的最佳方案。方法用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）检测梅毒抗体,所有ELISA法阳性标本用梅毒螺旋体抗体明胶颗粒凝集试验（TPPA）进行确证试验。ELISA法和TPPA法均阳性者判断为梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性标本,并对其进行甲苯胺红（TRUST）试验。结果37510例术前及输血前患者中,共检出梅毒感染者373例,占待检测人群0.99%。结论对术前及输血前患者梅毒抗体的检测应采用敏感性和特异性较高的TP-ELISA法进行初筛,再用TPPA进行确证试验。
