HTV硅橡胶复合绝缘子伞裙的热老化特性分析

高温硫化（HTV）硅橡胶复合绝缘子作为架空输电线路的重要组成部分，其在长时间的户外运行中出现的异常发热状态会加剧伞裙的老化，严重时会威胁到输电线路的安全运行。通过对HTV硅橡胶复合绝缘伞裙样品进行480 h的人工热空气老化试验，对样品进行邵氏硬度、水接触角、红外光谱、微观形貌及沿面闪络电压等多项性能参数的测量，分析伞裙样品的热老化特性。研究结果表明，长时间的热老化作用，会加剧伞裙的硬化，降低材料的憎水性。随着热老化时间增加，伞裙样品的老化程度增加，沿面闪络电压先增加后减小。
