不同性别老年人自评健康与年龄矫正Charlson共病指数的关联
Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban目的探讨老年人自评健康与年龄矫正共病指数（AICC）之间的关系，并进一步分析该关系在不同性别群体中的差异。方法本研究基于中国健康与养老追踪调查（CHARLS）数据库，选取年龄≥60岁老年人的基本特征、慢性病状况、抑郁症状及自评健康等相关数据。采用卡方检验对各因素与老年人AICC得分的关联性进行初步分析。构建多因素有序Logistic回归模型，进一步评估各影响因素对AICC的影响，运用多元线性回归模型探讨自评健康得分与AICC得分之间的线性关系。同时还进行了性别分层分析，以评估该关系在不同性别群体中的差异。

Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2016 【目的】探讨广州社区中老年人群膳食血糖负荷（GL）与糖尿病发病的关系。【方法】研究对象为同时参与我院2011年和2013年2型糖尿病流行病学调查、且资料完整的40-79岁广州社区居民，剔除2011年已诊断糖尿病的人群。2015年对研究对象进行重复调查。采用非条件logistic回归模型研究GL与糖尿病的关系。【结果】截止2015年，随访对象共768人，新发糖尿病102人，累计发生率13.3%。研究对象根据GL四分位分组，各组糖尿病风险分别为1.00，0.96，1.83，2.11（95%CI，1.09-4.
