The effects of polyethylene oxide on species distribution and flocculating ability of polyaluminum chloride(聚氧化乙烯对聚合氯化铝形态分布及絮凝能力的影响)

本文研究了聚氧化乙烯(PEO)的引入对Al(III)的水解聚合过程、成品聚合氯化铝(PAC)中铝的形态分布及絮凝能力的影响。结果表明,PEO的引入使碱滴定过程中Al(III)的水解聚合过程提前,所制得的改性PAC抗酸性增加,含有更多的不能被Al-Ferron方法所解离-络合的形态,在室温下存放更为稳定。PEO的引入能明显提高PAC的絮凝能力,加快絮体沉降速度。两种引入方法中,先加入法的效果优于后加入法。

用于水下通信系统的复合折反式接收天线设计

针对水下无线光通信系统中无法兼顾聚光效率和光斑均匀性的问题,文章设计了一种复合折反式接收天线。仿真结果表明,传统的菲涅尔透镜聚光效率只有58.725%,而新设计的复合折反式接收天线聚光效率达到86.557%。在保证高聚光效率的情况下,光斑的均匀性也较好,均匀度为0.659 3。随后分析了平行光源在不同角度入射时聚光效率和光斑位置偏移的变化,发现菲涅尔透镜在入射角为2°时聚光效率就只有3.582 2%;而文章所设计的复合折反式接收天线在入射角度为1.5°时,聚光效率仍可以达到50%以上,入射角度在4 ...

干燥制度对ZnO压敏电阻片复合添加剂颗粒团聚的影响

对采用籽晶分步包膜技术制备氧化锌压敏电阻片粉体所获得的添加剂复合粉体前驱体聚沉物的干燥分解过程进行了研究。提出了采用“半干”干燥技术处理聚沉物的思路,试验证明聚沉物经清洗净化“半干”处理,即半干状态(水分约20%30%)直接煅烧分解,可以获得无团聚或弱团聚的添加剂氧化物复合粉体颗粒;煅烧分解温度与其颗粒细度密切相关,得出(600650)℃下煅烧分解效果最佳。由此得到的添加剂氧化物复合粉体与ZnO混合烧成所得压敏电阻片的电位梯度约(2郾1~2郾6)kV/cm和能量耐受能力提高近1倍的优异性能 ...
