Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2020 临床上以双上肢无力症状就诊患者比较少见,而以四肢无力、双下肢无力多见,常见于重症肌无力、肌无力综合征、周期性麻痹、甲亢等患者。现报告1例以双上肢无力为发病表现的重症肌无力患者。1临床资料患者,男,55岁,因双上肢无力3个月就诊。3个月前无明显诱因出现双上肢无力,以上肢近端无力为主,远端肌力轻度受限。此后症状逐渐加重,表现为对称性上举困难,难以平举及肩。不伴言语不清、吞咽困难、饮水呛咳、抬头费力等,无视物成双。以上症状无晨轻暮重,休息后无明显缓解。头颈部、双下肢活动不受限。
