用放射免疫法同时测定114例肝病患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原片段(Ⅳ-C)、层粘连蛋白(LN)和透明质酸(HA)水平。结果表明,慢性肝病组PC-Ⅲ水平高于正常人(P<0.05),但在慢性肝炎和肝硬化之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。重度慢性肝炎及肝硬化Ⅳ-C水平升高较PC-Ⅲ和LN显著;中度慢性肝炎时LN水平即显著升高;急性肝炎时HA显著升高后,从中度慢性肝炎始HA水平显著升高(P>0.001),肝硬化时最高。表明血清HA水平反映肝损伤,病变活动及纤维化程度的敏感性优于PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C和LN,
