目的: 研究小鼠 B7 基因转染对小鼠肝癌细胞 Hepal-6 细胞株细胞形态、生长速度及致瘤性的影响。方法: 用逆转录病毒载体,将 小鼠B7 基因导入小鼠肝癌细胞 Hepal-6 细胞株中,经G418 筛选,获得高表达 B7分子的阳性细胞克隆,采用CTLA-4Ig 的间接免疫荧光法检测 B7 分子的表达情况,并观察了B7 基因转染对细胞形态、生长速度及致瘤性的影响。结果:①亲本小鼠肝癌细胞株 Hepal-6 不表达 B7 分子,转 染 B7 基因的 Hepal-6 细胞高表达 B7 分子;②转染 B7
