The clinical value and nursing experience of early postoperative enteral nutrition for patients with cardiac cancer or esophageal carcinoma [PDF]
目的 探讨贲门癌、食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养的应用方法、临床价值及护理体会。方法 159例贲门癌、食管癌患者随机分为早期肠内营养组(试验组)和早期全肠外静脉营养组(对照组)。试验组80例在术中经鼻留置营养管，术后经营养管给予管饲肠内营养制剂“立适康”；对照组79例患者未进行肠内营养，采用早期全肠外静脉营养。通过检测两组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间以及并发症的发生率等指标，对两组营养方式进行比较。结果 试验组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)
