目的分析临床治疗有效的儿童肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）伴肺实变的临床特征及影像学特点，随访患儿肺部CT的肺实变体积变化，探究肺实变吸收情况、预测肺实变完全吸收时间。方法纳入2018年1月至2024年5月于重庆医科大学附属儿童医院全科医学科住院的MPP伴肺实变病例。收集患儿住院期间的一般资料、临床症状、实验室指标、治疗情况、影像学数据以及出院后复查肺部CT数据、复查间隔时间，计算治疗前后肺实变体积、吸收率及吸收速率，对临床特征、影像学特点及肺实变吸收情况进行描述性统计分析。结果共纳入238例MPP伴肺实变患儿，
