Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2008 目的探讨血清蛋白电泳图谱用于肺癌等恶性肿瘤诊断和疗效监测的价值。方法圆盘聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（PAGE）用于血清蛋白检测。结果某些PAGE血清蛋白谱型为肿瘤患者所特有。肺癌、消化系肿瘤、卵巢癌和肾癌血清PAGE特异图谱阳性率均高于80%。肺癌患者治疗前后血清蛋白PAGE图谱有显著改变。结论血清蛋白PAGE图谱可用于肺癌等肿瘤的辅助诊断和疗效监测。
