探讨联合检测血清Cys-C和RBP对慢性肾脏病早期肾功能诊断的意义

目的探讨联合检测血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)和视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平在慢性肾脏病(CKD)早期肾功能损伤中的诊断价值。方法收集105例CKD患者根据肾小球滤过率(GFR)水平分成的3组,在日立7600全自动生化分析仪上测定3组血清样本的Cys-C、RBP、肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(Urea)水平,并与39例健康体检者(正常对照组)的血清样本检出结果进行相关统计学分析。结果血清Cys-C和RBP在CKD各组中显著高于正常对照组,比较差异有统计学意义或高度统计学意义 ...
