Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2012 目的探讨miR-210在肾细胞癌发生过程中的作用。方法利用荧光定量PCR技术检测miR-210在52例不同阶段肾细胞癌及其癌旁组织中的表达量,并分析其与肾癌患者病理分期、年龄、性别的相关性。结果与相应癌旁组织相比,miR-210在肾癌组织中表达量显著上调（P=0.00）,平均上调倍数为7倍。但miR-210上调倍数与肾细胞癌癌的病理分型、分期、年龄、性别均无显著相关。结论 miR-210在肾癌组织中表达明显上调,对肾癌的诊断和治疗具有潜在的意义。
