壬苯醇醚9对子宫内膜的影响

目的本研究采用体外培养子宫内膜的方法探讨壬苯醇醚-9（N-9）对子宫内膜的影响。方法从月经周期规律妇女的月经中期取子宫内膜组织。每例标本的子宫内膜置于Dulbecco改良Eagle培养基（DMEM）/F-12含有N-9最终浓度分别为0.03%、0.3%和3.0%的培养液中,分别培养6小时或24小时后,光学显微镜下观察子宫内膜组织学改变情况。培养24小时后取出培养子宫内膜的上清液,用ELISA法测定其细胞因子白细胞介素1β（IL-1β）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNFα）和白细胞介素8（IL-8）的含量 ...
