摘 要: 【目的】 探讨胃窗超声造影在诊断进展期胃癌的应用价值?【方法】 回顾性分析46例经胃镜活检或手术病理证实为进展期胃癌患者的胃窗超声造影声像图,进行Borrmann分型,并与胃镜检查行自身对照?【结果】 胃窗超声造影诊断进展期胃癌42例,误诊为单纯性胃溃疡2例,漏诊2例,诊断符合率为91.30%,其中Borrmann Ⅰ型?Ⅱ型?Ⅲ型?Ⅳ型分别为6?19?9?8例?胃镜检查诊断进展期胃癌44例,漏诊2例,诊断符合率为95.65%?
