Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2019 1病例资料男,60岁。因右下肢疼痛就诊于我院。患者缘于2年前无意间发现前胸壁肿物,质硬,无压痛,局部皮温不高,呈进行性增大。胸部CT检查示胸骨前方偏左约3、4肋软骨水平见软组织密度影,界线尚清。遂于我院行前胸壁肿物切除术,术后病理:(胸壁)淋巴造血系统恶性肿瘤,考虑为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤,伴浆细胞样分化,浸润横纹肌(图1)。免疫组化染色结果:CK(AE1/AE3)(-)、CD38(+)、CD138(-)、EMA (-)、CD79a(-)、Ki67(阳性率60%)、CD20(-)、CD3(-)、CD99(-/
