全球能源互联网, 2019 输电网规划是构建全球能源互联网的关键环节。为有效应对规划所面临的的空间跨度较大、规划周期长、传统的人工操作方式准确度差、效率低等问题，设计并实现了一种基于三维地理信息系统、具有可视化功能的输电通道规划路径优选工具，并可开展方案经济性比较，对不同参数进行灵敏度分析。通过实例验证，本方法可以有效辅助电网规划人员高效开展输电通道路径优选工作。
