虚拟电厂不仅能够提高可再生能源在电力系统中的接入比例,转变能源结构,也可以通过对储能系统以及对电动汽车和居民可控负荷等需求侧资源的优化调度提高分布式电源的消纳能力。然而,随着虚拟电厂用户侧可再生能源和各种灵活负荷的广泛接入,往往会出现配电系统的线路潮流越限,导致线路发生阻塞,造成事故扩大,影响系统的安全稳定运行。针对此问题,研究了虚拟电厂安全校正优化问题,建立了基于技术型虚拟电厂的配电网阻塞管理模型,并以实际算例验证了该模型的有效性。
