【目的】探讨去琥珀酰化酶Sirtuin5(SIRT5)对受体相互作用蛋白140(RIP140)诱导的心肌线粒体能量代谢紊乱的影响。【方法】利用腺病毒感染心肌细胞诱导 RIP140 过表达,利用质粒转染诱导 SIRT5 基因过表达,siRNA 干扰敲低 RIP140、SIRT5表达;qRT-PCR和Western blot检测SIRT5、RIP140的表达变化;qRT-PCR检测线粒体编码基因的表达情况, TMRE染色法评估线粒体膜电位,试剂盒检测细胞耗氧和ATP生成情况。所有数据均来自至少3次的独立实验。

虎纹蛙肠道微生物结构与功能分析

利用高通量测序方法对虎纹蛙前肠、中肠和后肠微生物结构和功能进行分析。结果表明,虎纹蛙(Rana rugulosa)肠道核心菌群是厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)。Romboutsia属、鲸杆菌属(Cetobacterium)、叶杆菌属(Phyllobacterium)是绝对优势菌属。肠道中存在弧菌(Vibro)、邻单胞菌(Plesiomonas)
