不同输血方式对骨科手术患者凝血功能和免疫功能的影响研究

骨科行重大手术治疗时可能会导致出血量较大,需要进行输血治疗。异体输血是输血的重要来源,为临床治疗提供了重大帮助[1]。但是异体输血存在较大问题,可能会导致传染性疾病的发生,也会出现一些不良反应,加上血源比较短缺,异体输血越来越存在局限性。回收式自体输血是将患者自体血液进行回收处理,然后再在患者需要的时候回输回患者体内,起到治疗疾病的作用[2]。回收式自体输血对患者的免疫功能影响较小,不良反应较小[3]。

不同C/P下低耗EBPR的脱氮除磷及侧流磷回收性能

煤化工行业正渗透膜浓缩零排放技术的应用

介绍了正渗透膜浓缩(MBC)工艺在煤化工厂综合排放废水回用工程中的应用。工程运行结果表明:MBC系统可将TDS为54 000 mg/L的高压反渗透浓盐水浓缩至240 000 mg/L,经蒸发结晶系统制备出含固率>80%的结晶盐。MBC的产水回收率可达到75%,TDS为11 200 mg/L。MBC系统产水经两级反渗透脱盐后,TDS低于100 mg/L,脱盐后的产水可回用至循环水系统,从而实现煤化工废水的零排放。MBC的吨水蒸汽耗量仅为158 kg,远低于四效蒸发器,具有较低的运行能耗 ...
