为了深入地研究复合绝缘子的酥朽断裂,获得其与脆断的异同,文中对现场酥断故障复合绝缘子进行了外观形貌检查、扫描电镜分析、傅里叶光谱分析以及X射线扫描分析,并且将结果与脆断绝缘子进行了相应地对比分析。分析表明:酥朽绝缘子断口颜色不再正常,芯棒变软劣化,脆断端口颜色正常;与脆断相比,酥朽样品的电镜结果出现了树脂的气泡现象,纤维丝裸露更严重;元素分析表明,两者都受到了硝酸入侵,都出现了芯棒的水解,但酥朽时更严重。基于实验结果,对两者的断裂机理进行了总结分析,得出放电与酸是造成这类故障的共同因素。
