为探究电位梯度与ZnO 压敏电阻脉冲电流稳定性的关系。采用传统固相反应法制备ZnO 压敏电阻样品,在同一配方下通过调控烧结温度得到不同电位梯度的样品,结合XRD、SEM、EDS 等对样品微观结构进行表征,利用相关仪器测试样品电学性能。结果表明,随着电位梯度由148.2 V/mm增至255.6 V/mm,脉冲电流稳定性明显变好,此外,伴随烧结温度降低,非线性系数增大,漏电流降低,残压比降低,表明保护性能优化。通过调控工艺提升ZnO压敏电阻的电位梯度,可显著增强其脉冲电流稳定性,使其在高电压和大电流的冲击下,
