脊髓成熟型畸胎瘤1例及文献回顾

畸胎瘤(Teratomas)是一种多发于儿童的生殖细胞肿瘤,很少发生在中枢神经系统。病变在脊髓位置更为罕见,在1863年由Virchow和Gowers首次报道,大约仅占所有脊髓肿瘤的0.2%~0.5%[1-2]。由于发病率低且临床表现不具有特异性,需结合影像、术中所见及病理检查进行鉴别诊断。在本文中,我们介绍了1例罕见的成年女性脊髓成熟型畸胎瘤,并回顾了既往椎管内占位文献,以探索成人脊髓畸胎瘤的特点用于鉴别诊断和指导治疗,现报道如下。
