本发明公开了一种提高人工湿地脱氮效率的固定化细菌制备方法及应用。1.制备步骤:1)在恒温箱中筛选培养从人工湿地中筛选出的好氧反硝化菌株;2)挑选斜面保存的好氧反硝化细菌,接种到灭菌的富集培养基中,曝气,得到菌悬液;3)用海藻酸钠-聚乙烯醇包埋获得的固定化好氧反硝化细菌;4)将好氧反硝化细菌小球从冰箱中取出,用双蒸水或生理盐水洗涤后,浸泡在生理盐水中,曝气以活化固定化小球。2.固定化细菌在人工湿地中的应用:将固定化小球填充到人工湿地模拟柱中,进行废水脱氮处理。此种固定化细菌制备方法简单,生产成本低 ...
