对给水处理中活性炭吸附水中有机物的性能筛选指标进行研究,由于测定活性炭焦糖脱色率时所用焦糖的分子质量分布与天然水中有机物的分子质量分布相似,故提出用焦糖脱色率评价给水处理用活性炭的吸附性能。经试验证实,以焦糖脱色率评价活性炭吸附性能的试验结果与DL/T582—2004(以腐殖酸、富里酸、木质素、丹宁进行评价)的结果相同。建议用于给水处理的活性炭焦糖脱色率>50%。

以羧甲基壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖铁(Ⅲ)为絮凝剂处理染料废水,试验研究了其对染料废水的絮凝性能、脱色性能。初步考察了pH、投加量、搅拌时间与沉降时间等影响絮凝效果的因素,Fe3+的引入增加了合成絮凝剂处理染料废水的絮凝作用。在羧甲基壳聚糖处理染料红、黄、兰、黑废水的脱色实验中,脱色率达到76.3%~93.5%,COD 去除率为85.5%~89.9%;而羧甲基壳聚糖铁(Ⅲ)的脱色率则达到78.5%~96.7%,COD 去除率为91.1%~94.2%。结果令人满意。

电浮选法适用于多种可溶性染料溶液的脱色,试验确定了最佳工艺条件。结果可使高色度和低色度印染废水脱色至近于无色透明,该法简单实用,脱色效率高,有一定的实用价值。

建立了以氧化镁为脱色剂,按GB 7467—1987标准测定深色制革废水中Cr(Ⅵ)含量的方法。实验表明:深色废水脱色率可达90%以上,Cr(Ⅵ)吸附率小于4%,当50 mL溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)质量在8.306~41.53μg时,回归方程m=0.834 3+20.32ΔA(r=0.999 9)。样品加标回收率为92.4%~97.6%,相对标准偏差为2.15%~4.37%。
