以三氯化铝和有机高分子PGA为原料,制备了复合絮凝剂CPAC,并探讨了该种絮凝剂对模拟染料废水的脱色作用。研究表明,在同等铝盐投量的情况下,相对于PAC而言,CPAC脱色效率明显提高,且脱色率随PGA与铝盐的质量比(O/A)增高而上升。以活性艳红K-2BP染料为例,铝盐投加质量浓度6.8mg/L时,PAC脱色率75.5%,CPAC(O/A=0.05)脱色率为81%,CPAC(O/A=0.1)脱色率为86%。3种染料中,CPAC对分散黄G的脱色效果最好,铝盐投加质量浓度为3.3mg/L时脱色率达98%。

以复杂染料废水为研究对象,从活性污泥中筛选出高效脱色菌株,经鉴定为路德维希氏肠杆菌株,编号N1。研究了温度、pH、NaCl浓度等因素对菌株N1脱色效果的影响。结果表明,随着pH和温度的增加,菌株N1对复杂染料废水的脱色率均呈先升高后降低的趋势,温度为35℃、pH为7时其脱色率分别可达91.2%、93%。增大NaCl浓度,菌株N1的脱色能力降低,盐度为10 g/L时其脱色率仅为28%。紫外和GC-MS分析表明发色基团—C═O和—N═N—消失,出现苯酚和芳香胺类物质。

以Ce4+为氧化剂对酸性黑10B水溶性染料模拟废水进行脱色处理,研究了各种反应条件对脱色率的影响,并且对脱色反应机理进行了分析。结果表明:在染料的初始质量浓度为10 mg/L,pH=1,Ce( SO4) 2·4H2O投加量为80 mg/L,紫外灯光照,反应时间为120 min的条件下,脱色率可达到97%。说明以Ce4+为氧化剂对酸性黑10B水溶性染料具有很好的脱色效果,且脱色速率快,药品用量少,成本低,安全无毒,在废水处理上有较大的应用前景。此外,研究发现:紫外灯照射可大大提高脱色速率,缩短脱色时间。
