NALP3炎性体、骨形态发生蛋白在退变腰椎间盘髓核组织中的表达及意义
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2020 目的探究退变腰椎间盘髓核组织中NALP3炎性体、骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)的表达及意义。方法在我院选取2017年6-2018年6月接受治疗的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,患者手术切除标本中取出退变椎间盘髓核组织块,另外选取在我院行前路减压内固定切除的脊柱骨折患者椎间盘的正常椎间盘髓核组织块制作标本待用。对待测标本进行免疫组化染色,使用Western Blot检测NALP3、BMP-2表达。分析NALP3、BMP-2与腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎间盘退变等级、腰部负荷程度的关系,并分析NALP3、BMP-2之间相关性。
