临床医学与护理目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜术后患者肩部疼痛影响因素与护理措施。方法：随机挑选医院100例妇科腹腔镜术后患者为研究对象，将患者分成对照组和研究组，对照组采取常规护理，研究组分析术后肩部疼痛因素采取针对性护理，观察护理效果。结果：研究组术后疼痛评分低于对照组，舒适度评分高于对照组，且心境状态评分均比对照组低，满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：妇科腹腔镜术后患者肩部疼痛容易受到多个因素影响，需及时采取针对性护理措施干预，缓解术后肩部疼痛，改善心理状态，提高生活质量。
