实用医学研究, 2020 目的：总结合并 HIV 感染腹膜透析患者的护理要点，为此类患者的临床护理提供有效方法与经验。方法：回顾分析2012 年 1 月至 2020 年 1 月华西医院肾内科收治的 12 例终末期肾病合并艾滋病患者行腹膜透析治疗的临床资料和护理措施，观察总结护理效果和并发症发生情况。结果：2 例患者术后均腹膜透析通畅，出院随访康复和治疗情况较好，且无院内感染事件发生。结论：正确的护理干预措施、多学科融合的培训教育，能有效促进合并艾滋病腹膜透析患者的术后康复。
