Weight reduction intervention and self-care ability of children with simple obesity
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]培养单纯性肥胖儿童自我护理的能力。[方法]以家庭干预为主,配合学校、社区的指导和健康教育,以控制饮食、增加运动、心理健康指导为主要干预内容。[结果]经过1年的干预,干预组儿童身高增长与正常对照组一致,肥胖度明显降低;对自我护理的态度发生了明显的变化。[结论]通过家庭、学校、社区的教育和管理,实施饮食、运动和心理干预,可使肥胖儿童的体重降低,并形成自我护理的能力.

, 2012 [[abstract]]組織承諾是指員工對組織投入、忠誠與認同感。以往學者研究顯示：組織承諾對組織績效、組織公民行為等業主所欲的行為，均有正向的影響，故要如何提高員工對組織的承諾，減少人員的流動，使其留在組織且努力付出，此為當今學界、業者所共同感興趣的議題。另一方面，隨著產業對智慧資本的重視，人力資源管理在組織的角色與地位不斷地提升，人力資源管理應具有何效能？其對組織承諾有何影響？以上動機促成了本研究欲探討人力資源管理效能對組織承諾影響之研究目的。研究資料來源為台灣中部地區八家製造業之員工所作的問卷調查。
