【目的】研究发作期哮喘患儿的外周血CD40、CD40L的表达率及其与Tc1和Tc2的关系。【方法】应用流式细胞术检测30例哮喘患儿和20例正常对照儿童的外周血淋巴细胞CD40、CD40L的表达率和Tc1、Tc2的细胞数。【结果】哮喘患儿和正常对照组的外周血淋巴细胞CD40表达率分别为21.59±7.61和15.82±4.44(t=3.376,P0.05);Tc2细胞数分别为7.64±3.67和3.02±1.38(t=3.981,P0.05)。【结论】发作期哮喘患儿存在明显的CD40/CD40L、Tc1 ...
