目的探讨高糖环境对ECV 304细胞膜流动性的影响。方法体外培养ECV 304细胞,利用葡萄糖建立高糖环境。将细胞随机分为正常细胞组、高糖组、甘露醇组。甘露醇组为高渗对照组。高糖组加入葡萄糖,终浓度为35mmol.L-1,甘露醇组加入甘露醇终浓度为10 mmol.L-1,正常组细胞不加处理因素。加入处理因素24 h后,收集细胞。利用电子自旋共振波谱仪测定细胞膜流动性和细胞SOD活力、MDA含量、抗超氧阴离子自由基能力、抑制羟基自由基能力。结果与正常组比较,高糖组SOD活性、抗超氧阴离子自由基能力 ...
