剖宫产术后产妇分别采用罗哌卡因腰方肌阻滞联合地塞米松或右美托咪定的镇痛效果比较

目的比较剖宫产术后产妇分别采用罗哌卡因腰方肌阻滞联合地塞米松或右美托咪定的镇痛效果。方法选择2022年6月至2024年7月唐山职业技术学院附属医院行剖宫产术后镇痛的产妇106例，采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组（53例，采用罗哌卡因腰方肌阻滞联合地塞米松）与对照组（53例，采用罗哌卡因腰方肌阻滞联合右美托咪定）。比较两组术后恢复情况、镇痛情况、术后疼痛程度、产后抑郁情况、术后恢复质量及不良反应。结果观察组术后24 h舒芬太尼用量、住院时间、术后24 h有效按压次数与首次下床时间比对照组低 ...
