灸熱緩和紙による灸温度変化の検討～透熱灸と灸点紙灸の比較～ [PDF]
【緒言】灸熱緩和紙（灸点紙）は,灸の熱刺激を緩和し灸痕を防ぐために臨床でも使用されている.灸点紙による熱緩和効果を明らかにするために,透熱灸と灸点紙灸の灸底面温度を測定し,比較検討した. 【方法】点灸用艾を用いて,重量と大きさの異なる2種類の小艾炷(1mgと2㎎)を成形した.透熱灸(艾炷の直下),灸点紙灸(灸点紙小円孔の直下)の灸底面に,温度センサを設置し,60秒間（点火前20秒–点火後40秒）の温度変化を各30回記録した.
