架空线路用复合绝缘子广泛应用于输配电线路,其性能直接关系到电网的安全运行。近年来架空线路用复合绝缘子的异常温升引起了电力系统运行单位和复合绝缘子制造厂家的广泛关注。本分通过对一起异常温升复合绝缘子的试验研究,分析出造成该绝缘子异常温升的部件为绝缘子的劣化芯棒,劣化的原因为芯棒的环氧树脂部分分解,定性芯棒处于酥朽断裂的早期阶段。提出应关注工频电压试验的布置和适度减少芯棒水扩散试验泄露电流规定值的建议。最后,强调绝缘子的制造厂家应注重原料的储存管理,提请电力运行单位监测运行绝缘子的温度。
