目的 用三种不同的检测方法鉴定HL60细胞适配体单链DNA(ssDNA)亲和性，比较不同方法的鉴定结果。方法 用荧光显微镜、化学法(酶标仪)和流式细胞术三种方法，通过镜下观察、OD值、荧光强度和平衡解离常数等指标鉴定HL60细胞适配体的亲和性。结果 荧光显微镜法可见在蓝色背景下，被标记的适配体(5’-FAM-ssDNA)与HL60细胞结合，发出绿色荧光，并应用ImageJ对该荧光结果进行分析，发现L36P的亲和性最高；化学法测定OD值，通过GraphPad Prism7制作柱状图并进行统计学分析 ...
