巴音布鲁克高寒草地物种多样性与环境因子关系

山地气候区随海拔梯度变化使山地成为研究生物多样性的热点区域。2005年7月-8月,在新疆巴音布鲁克高寒草地,以盆地底部2460m为基点,自西向东沿海拔每升高100m设置1个10m×10m样地,样地内设置9个1m×1m样方,最高到达海拔3260m,开展物种多样性与环境因子关系研究。结果表明: 1)所有样方内共出现植物33种,分属17科29属。高寒草原主要分布在海拔2460-2760m之间,草原化草甸分布在2860m处,高山草甸分布在2860m以上。2) 丰富度指数与相对湿度表现为显著正相关。Shannon-
