分析早期肠内营养干预对重症脑外伤患者神经功能、营养状况的影响
护理保健临床应用研究目的：分析早期肠内营养干预对重症脑外伤患者神经功能、营养状况的影响。方法：选取2025年4月—2026年4月内重症脑外伤患者共128例，数字随机分为对照组（64例）和观察组（64例），对照组实施肠外营养干预，观察组实施肠内营养干预，对比两组患者神经功能和营养状况、并发症发生率。结果：观察组神经功能与营养状况更好，与对照组对比均有统计学差异（P0.05）。结论：早期肠内营养干预可有效改善患者神经功能与营养状况，有应用价值。
