考察了高锰酸盐预氧化—生物活性炭联用工艺去除藻类的效能。试验结果表明,高锰酸盐预氧化能明显改善混凝工艺对藻类的去除效果,随高锰酸盐投量的增加,混凝工艺对藻类的去除率呈上升趋势。生物活性炭滤池对藻类的去除主要集中在进水端,在20 cm处,去除率可达到60%。高锰酸盐—生物活性炭联用工艺对藻类及有机物有明显的去除,去除率可分别达到99.5%和20.6%。

以矿石磷为唯一磷源 ,培养 3种藻类植物 ,应用钼蓝比色法测定 3种藻类从矿石磷中转化释放出来进入培养基的有效磷 ,应用灼烧法测定 3种藻类生物量 .分别以培养基的有效磷浓度和单位干重藻体所释放出来的有效磷量来表示他们的转化利用程度 ,结果表明 ,3种藻类植物都具有转化利用释放磷的作用 .但沙角衣藻较颤藻和栅藻的作用更强 ,能以较少的生物量释放出更多的有效磷 ,有较大的实用价值 .
