Synthesis and characterization of zinc glycinate monohydrate(一水合甘氨酸锌螯合物的合成及其表征)

简化了甘氨酸锌螯合物的合成,以甘氨酸和碱式碳酸锌为原料,按摩尔比为2 : 1的比例在水相中合成,90~95 ℃间反应6 h,得到了产率为94.6%的水合甘氨酸锌螯合物.产品经纯化处理后用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重分析、粉末衍射等一系列方法进行表征.结果表明该螯合物是带一个结晶水的分子化合物,摩尔电导率为20.1 Scm2 • mol-1,稳定常数为2.29×105.另外用凝胶色谱法测定了该螯合物的螯合率,得螯合率为100%±1%.

Synthesis and Characterization of ferrous glycinate monohydrate(一水合甘氨酸亚铁螯合物的合成及其表征)

以甘氨酸(Gly)与碳酸亚铁为原料合成了阴离子干扰少、纯度较高的甘氨酸亚铁螯合物.以反应体系的pH值为5.5~6.0、抗氧化剂用量为甘氨酸质量的10%、配位比(Gly/Fe)为2:1、反应温度为80 ℃的优化条件,得到了产率为87.21%、螯合率为86.95%的甘氨酸亚铁螯合物,产物经纯化处理后,测定了它的红外光谱和差热分析,考察了它的摩尔电导率和稳定常数(K),判断甘氨酸亚铁是带一个结晶水的反式结构螯合物.

重金属螯合絮凝剂ISXA的特性及应用研究

将具有螯合功能的黄原酸基和酰胺基接枝到交联淀粉分子结构中,制备了高分子重金属螯合絮凝剂ISXA。螯合絮凝实验结果表明,单独投加ISXA能够有效螯合水中游离态与络合态重金属离子。在处理含浊重金属水样时,浊度得到了明显的去除,同时提升了重金属的去除率。ISXA对重金属离子的螯合表现出明显的选择性,优先顺序为:Cu2+ > Pb2+ > Cd2+ > Cu-EDTA。同时对ISXA的实用性和经济性进行了评价。

新型黄原酸盐重金属离子螯合剂的合成

以六羟甲基三聚氰胺、二硫化碳和氢氧化钠为原料,合成了一种新型重金属离子螯合剂2,4,6-(N-五羟甲基氨基)-2-(N-甲基黄原酸钠)-1,3,5-三嗪。将乙基黄药和该螯合剂分别用于处理50 mg/L Cu2+模拟重金属废水,通过单因素实验法研究了其对Cu2+的去除效果。平行对比实验结果表明,在pH=6,反应温度25℃,反应时间30 min的条件下,该螯合剂对Cu2+的去除率达到99.25%,而在对应条件下乙基黄药对Cu2+的去除率仅有75.08%。
