目的本研究旨在通过野百合碱(MCT)诱导建立肺动脉高压(PH)大鼠模型,系统性评估PH的肺血管病理重构、右心室重塑及功能障碍,综合分析血流动力学、组织病理学及超微结构变化,为PH的病理机制研究及药物干预提供可靠实验模型。方法20只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(生理盐水)和模型组(60 mg/kg MCT)。实验28天后,采用超声心动图评估心脏结构(RVWT、MPA、RV等)和功能(TAPSE、三尖瓣反流);通过右心导管测定右心室收缩压;行血气分析、血液学检测及ET-1、NT-proBNP测定 ...
