近年来,随着激素、广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂的广泛应用,真菌引起的血流感染日渐增多。念珠菌是真菌血流感染最常见的病原菌,并且真菌感染比细菌感染死亡率更高,治疗效果也相对更差[1]。为了降低血流感染的发病率和死亡率,早期有针对性的抗菌药物治疗是关键,故临床对真菌的快速准确鉴定成为目前迫切解决的问题。
