白蛋白梯度在鉴别渗出液和漏出液和漏出液中的价值

目的　用白蛋白梯度来鉴别积液是漏出液还是渗出液。方法　用化学法测定 50例积液患者的血清与积液中总蛋白 （Totalprotein ,TP）和白蛋白的值。 结果　血清白蛋白 ,积液白蛋白 ,血清 /积液白蛋白比值和血清 /积液白蛋白差值（梯度 ）在渗出液和漏出液中差异均存在显著性 ,尤其是血清 /积液白蛋白差值的诊断灵敏度为 81 5% ,诊断特异度为87% ,诊断准确度为 84% ,阳性预测值为 88% ,阴性预测值为 80 %。结论　定量测定血清和积液白蛋白对于鉴别漏出液和渗出液有很好的性能 ...

血清白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白在妊高征患者中表达和临床诊断意义

目的探讨血清白蛋白及尿微量白蛋白检测在妊高征早期诊断中的临床意义。方法选择2008年1月到2009年12月在我院门诊收治的孕8周左右孕妇126例,收集所有患者孕妇清晨的尿量。采用放射免疫法测定尿微量白蛋白（mAlb）的排泄量,采用电泳法测定血清白蛋白（ALB）.分别检测12周、16周、20周、36周孕妇尿微量白蛋白和血清白蛋白。患者按最终孕妇是否发生妊高征分成正常妊娠组（71例）和妊高征组（55例）。分析检测结果。结果 在第12周正常妊娠组尿微量白蛋白为12.38±5.12mg/L ...
