390名幼儿血清铁蛋白的测定及其对缺铁性贫血诊断的观察报告 [PDF]
本文报道用125I放射免疫检测广州市两所全日制托幼儿园390名7岁以内小儿的血清铁蛋白(SF)。均值为30.00±12.80ng/ml(按每岁为一年龄组),随年龄的增长,SF值越升高,SF在16ng/ml左右的,为储备铁缺乏(隐性缺铁阶段)但无明显临床症状。提示SF含量的变化对诊断隐性缺铁极为敏感。经铁强化糖浆饮料治疗后,其SF较治疗前明显升高(统计学处理极显著差异),故讲明SF的测定不仅作为缺铁和缺铁性贫血诊断指标,而且还可作为铁剂治疗的疗效指标。
