2009年6月份山东东营沿海电网发生了2起110 kV复合绝缘子断裂事故,给沿海电网造成了严重危害,影响了电网的安全运行。两次事故的复合绝缘子连接结构均为早期内锲式连接结构,一种断裂是在芯棒劈缝端部;另一种是在劈缝沿轴线方向发展最终断裂。事故主要原因是:内锲结构芯棒端部被锲件扩开后,芯棒事实上已被破坏,在端部形成了应力集中,在受力之后,芯棒与锲子间发生微小位移,受损的芯棒纤维断裂增加;另外端部密封不好,高盐、高酸等腐蚀性气体进入了锯开的缝隙,玻璃纤维对酸敏感 ...

针对某220 kV线路新投运复合绝缘子伞裙脱落断裂、硅橡胶材质分界缝隙与色泽分层问题,本文选取故障与正常样品,在常规断裂拉伸、热失重、扫描电镜等检测基础上,结合TGA-DSC联测、工业CT扫描、纳米压痕等新技术,开展了材料力学性能、材料组分与交联密度、微观形貌等方面的对比分析。力学性能分析表明,断裂伞裙拉伸强度、拉断伸长率不满足标准要求,硅橡胶分布、局部力学强度均匀性差;工业CT扫描发现芯棒内部、芯棒-护套处存在较多气隙,为出厂缺陷;热失重分析发现断裂部位PDMS含量显著下降且不均匀,属工艺不良问题 ...
