Jixie chuandong, 1989 插齿是目前应用最广泛的内齿轮加工方法之一,尤其是内齿轮的加工,一般都采船插齿。插齿刀的设计质量不仅影响齿轮的加工质量,而且决定了刀具的耐用度和使用寿命。传统的插齿刀设计方法不仅计算工作量大、设计效率较低,而且往往不能获得最隹设计方案。本文提出了一种设计渐开线直齿内齿轮插齿刀的优化方法,并介绍了一个通用程序。借助计算机不但能使设计效率大大提高,而且可以得到一个某种意义上的最佳设计方案,从面提高了插齿刀的设计质量。
