阻垢剂性能评定方法中的问题与讨论

通过阻垢作用机理的回顾,对目前常用阻垢剂评定方法的特点与局限性进行了讨论,认为静态阻垢法、鼓泡法、极限碳酸盐硬度法、pH位移法和电导法评价的只是阻垢剂的螯合能力和部分分散能力,无法考虑其余分散能力和晶格畸变能力的贡献,因此都只适用于中低硬度系统中阻垢剂性能的评定。最后对能够评定阻垢剂分散能力和晶格畸变能力的方法进行了初步介绍。

大容量试验短时交流电流测量系统有效值的量值溯源和不确定度评定

全国高电压试验技术和绝缘配合标准化技术委员会修改采用IEC 62475:2010,完成了国家标准GB/T16927.4《高电压和大电流试验技术第4部分:试验电流和测量系统的定义和要求》的制定,用于指导各种类型电流测量系统的量值溯源和不确定度评定工作。文中依据该标准并参考了STL技术报告《大容量实验室大电流测量系统以STL标准分流器为基准的溯源》,对大容量试验用短时交流电流测量系统进行了有效值的量值溯源和不确定度评定并给出了评定计算示例。

基于梯形模糊数的电力变压器故障模式重要度评定方法研究

电力变压器各部件故障模式之间具有高度的复杂性和关联性,且设备价值昂贵,实施可靠性试验困难,所以难以利用传统重要度定义的方法进行重要度分析。鉴于上述问题,笔者提出了基于梯形模糊数的重要度评定方法。通过分析影响故障模式重要度的因素,建立了重要度评价指标体系,并借助德尔菲法制定了指标的评价等级及相应评分准则,引入了协调程度的概念对专家评分进行修正,并利用梯形模糊数确定指标权重,最终通过线性加权将指标与指标权重结合,得到了各故障模式的重要度。计算实例表明,该方法简便、有效,可用于电力变压器的可靠性评估及维修决策。
