X形软钢阻尼器试验研究及损伤分析

通过试验探究一种X形软钢阻尼器的耗能性能,并采用构件层次的损伤模型进行损伤退化分析。对6组X形软钢阻尼器单片进行了拟静力试验研究,结果表明该阻尼器能实现全截面同时屈服,试件滞回曲线饱满,具有良好的塑性变形能力,但在大位移作用下,阻尼器局部影响区具有较明显的损伤退化;对比研究了3种适用于钢构件的构件层次损伤模拟,利用预测结果与试验结果最为吻合的损伤模型对阻尼器试件进行损伤预测,建立损伤指数与损伤程度对应关系,为阻尼器震后损伤评估及更换提供依据。

C272萃取-镍电积试验研究

根据阜康冶炼厂镍精炼节能降耗研究项目方案论证,确定拟采用硫镍矿两段常压浸出—两段加压浸出—C272分离镍钴—电积镍生产工艺。因此加压浸出—萃取—电积是本研究项目试验的重点及难点所在。近年以来,利用我厂原有部分加压浸出设备设施及二段闲置常压浸出釜,先后进行了公司上游单位自产高冰镍加细粒合金的两段常压—一段加压浸出的半工业试验,试验取得了较好的效果,镍钴浸出率大于95%,镍钴的直收率在97%以上,并且常压浸出液的铜铁基本均在0.01g/l以下,为C272萃取分离镍钴及电积试验提供了条件。
